Purpose: Through our long-standing partnership with TIME Ministries, our team will help build a chapel that will provide a local congregation with a permanent place to worship. We’ll also serve through VBS, sports outreach, and community ministry—sharing the hope of the Gospel with children and families.
These meetings a critical for team members to attend! Please prioritize these times.

ALL team members must complete the Individual Consent Forms
All team members UNDER 18 years old must complete the Consent to Travel Form
This form requires signatures of both parent or guardians in the presence of a Notary
Check with your bank if they provide Notary services
If a parent is going on the trip, the parent staying home must complete the form

All team members has Travel Medical Insurance through MissionSafe. You can find the overview of the GOLD Plan coverage here.
TIME missions also provides insurance so we have double coverage.
