The tips and checklist for writing a support letter that we covered at our last meeting is now available on the fundraising page!
Next team meeting is DEC 7! We will have pizza and salad. Please contribute cash or pay with a card. ALL MONEY WILL GO TOWARDS THE TEAM FUND thanks to a donor!

ALL team member must complete TIME MISSIONS online Individual Application
For #10: Church Group Name fill in Salem First Baptist
For #12: Group Leader Name fill in Jonathan Patterson
All team members UNDER 18 years old must complete the Consent to Travel Form
This form requires signatures of both parent or guardians in the presence of a Notary
Check with your bank if they provide Notary services
If a parent is going on the trip, the parent staying home must complete the form
ALL team members need to sign the TIME Code of Conduct
